SCOPE OF WORK / CHANGE ORDERS

The scope of work for each project will be outlined in the initial project agreement and quote provided by Ramble Visuals. Any modifications, additions, or reductions to the scope may result in changes to cost, timeline, and deliverables. Potential causes of scope changes include, but are not limited to:

  1. Additional creative direction or strategy requests beyond the original agreement.

  2. Changes in project objectives, messaging, or branding after project initiation.

  3. Additional deliverables, such as extra video edits, formats, or alternate versions.

  4. Client delays in providing necessary materials, approvals, or feedback, resulting in rescheduling or additional work.

  5. Requests for higher production value, including additional shoot days, equipment, locations, or talent.

  6. External factors such as weather-related reschedules or unforeseen logistical challenges.

  7. Revisions exceeding the number of rounds included in the agreement.

  8. Legal or compliance-related adjustments not originally accounted for.

Any requested changes will be reviewed and quoted separately before implementation. Ramble Visuals reserves the right to adjust the project timeline and fees accordingly.
